Raffaela is the Founder WildWildVentures GmbH, a venture builder focused on building companies across frontier technologies and tech enabled disciplines.

Previously, she founded CareerFoundry, a leading online school for UX Design and digital careers with over 100 employees.

Raffaela serves as a board member for the the Porsche Sustainability Board, as a supervisory board member for Private Equity Mutares and for the German Startup Verband (association).

She was named amongst the top woman in tech by Forbes, amongst the most influential women in startups and VC by Startups EU and amongst the 40 under 40 by Capital. Raffaela is a frequent speaker on innovation, new work and entrepreneurship.

She started her career as an investment strategist for BlackRock, joined Rocket Internet as a venture development manager to build companies in China, Australia and Taiwan and worked in Axel Springer’s innovation unit as a Media Entrepreneur, before founding CareerFoundry.
